Merkourios

Merkourios, Utrecht Journal of European and International Law, is issuing a call for papers to place in its forthcoming edition on International and European Environmental Law.

The Board of Editors of Merkourios is inviting you to submit papers addressing any aspect of this field of law, especially topics relating to EU environmental policy, international marine protection and/or climate change and sustainable development. All types of manuscripts, from socio-legal to legal-technical to comparative will be considered. Authors may be graduate students, post-graduates or professors. Merkourios will choose articles, based on quality of research and writing, diversity and relevance of topic.

The deadline for submissions of papers is March 11^th 2011 (this is negotiable). It is imperative that all submissions conform to the Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA). A copy of the OSCOLA can be found at http://denning.law.ox.ac.uk/published/oscola.shtml or can be requested from the Merkourios Board of Editors.
