| Yesterday, 14 March 2012, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has given its first verdict. Thomas Lubanga, former head of the Congolese rebel group Union of Congolese Patriots (UCP), has been found guilty of conscripting and enlisting child soldiers in the period 2002 - 2003.
