No motivation to walk: Forget these seven excuses

What’s between the person we want to be and the person we are? Excuses. Every day we find reasons not to do anything by pretending that it is justified. When you walk, it’s no different: We have all tried to push ourselves before a planned run – but if you want to find your motivation to run again, you should throw your excuses overboard!

Explanation No 1: “I’m not motivated.”

The mother of all excuses. In fact, it’s all about finding the motivation you need. Think about what drives you, and keep your goals in mind.
